Become part of this work

More than donating – think and shape the future with us.

Our association depends not only on much-needed donations, but also on people who stay with us for the long term – as members, supporting members or participants in our annual project trip.

01 Staying involved

Three ways to secure our work for the long term.

Whether you want to help shape our work, feel connected through your support or give a flexible regular donation – there are three ways to carry our work into the future. All of them start paperlessly in just a few minutes.

  • Active membership

    50 € fixed annual fee

You help shape our association actively – with voting rights, a say in project decisions and the option of taking on a voluntary role.

    • Voting rights at the general meeting
    • An active say in project decisions
    • Exclusive member updates and advance information
    • The option of taking on voluntary roles
    • Tax-deductible

  • Regular donation

    from 5 € / month

You help simply and purely financially – with no ties to the association. You choose the amount and the interval freely, and the full focus stays on the project work on the ground.

    • Maximum flexibility (amount and interval freely chosen)
    • No formal membership or notice periods
    • 100 % focus on project impact on the ground
    • Regular newsletter updates (optional)
    • Tax-deductible (donation receipt)

Not a tourist trip – but a real encounter with our projects, our partners and with Zambia.

  • When: once a year, usually in autumn
  • Duration: 10 – 14 days
  • Group size: 5 – 8 people
  • Costs: at your own expense

We visit ongoing and completed projects and talk to teachers, schoolchildren and our partners on the ground. You see what your work in the association actually achieves – and at the same time a country full of contrasts, dignity and beauty. We get to know people and a very special country.

The trip is open to all members and anyone interested, including those with no experience of Zambia. We take care of the planning and accommodation together. Zambia is affordable for travellers from Germany – in our experience, flights and a two-week stay cost about as much as any normal long-haul trip.

Each participant covers their own travel costs (flights, accommodation, meals, visa). We are not a tour operator; we organise the trip as a private group.

03 Donations in kind

Bringing joy

Sometimes it is simply the small things: a football, a set of shirts or simple active games. They not only bring joy, they also build community, movement and self-confidence. For many children, things like these are anything but a given.

All the greater is the excitement when they can simply be children: carefree, active and full of laughter.

What we do not take with us: clothing (except football shirts 😉) and shoes (except football boots 😉)
